Emanuel da Silva is a Research Fellow at the Centre de recherches en éducation franco-ontarienne at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), University of Toronto. Diane Farmer is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology and Equity Studies in Education, and the Centre Head of the Centre de recherches en éducation franco-ontarienne at OISE, University of Toronto. They have prepared a report, through the National Metropolis Project (CIC) that looks at francophone immigration outside Quebec.
